We are looking for rental properties to manage, and we need your help!  Our company is offering agents 40% of the management commission for one year for properties that will rent for $1,000.00 or more in good areas!  We will not solicit to list any properties given to us – if the owner is interested in listing, these properties would be turned back over to you.  This is how it breaks down: 

 

(Example rental amount):  $1,000.00

 

Typical rental commission: 10%
